A simple fix may be something we can walk you through on the phone. Those fixes are free. If it needs more than a talk-through, we can often fix it in a remote session instead of a house call.
We come to you.
If an on-site visit makes sense, we’ll arrange a time. If we can’t help with the issue, we won’t schedule a visit. House calls and remote sessions carry a simple one-hour minimum, and most jobs finish inside it.

Cowley Tech is owned and operated by Jeremy and Lynell Durham. After running their business in Kansas City, they brought it home to Arkansas City with the same idea: treat people well and make technology easier.
Jeremy has spent more than 20 years working with computers and has been A+ certified. Behind all that experience is a curiosity about how things work—and a real interest in helping people.
